My Experience With FOXPRO Fusion
Hands down! The FOXPRO Fusion is one of the best game calls I have reviewed till now. It has so many amazing features that it would take me around 1 hour to define every feature but let’s keep it short and simple.
FOXPRO Fusion runs on 8 AA batteries and it gives almost 24 hours of run time. I still remember I had a coyote tournament and this beast was with me in a single charge throughout the whole tournament (I didn’t win, tho).
The animal calls were awesome just exactly what I thought it would be especially for coyotes. It was also quite loud enough to hear it clearly in the windy weather because of the two speakers placed at the front and back of the main unit.
Now let’s talk about its few amazing features. This amazing FOXPRO Fusion comes with FOX Fusion, FOX Bang, FOX Motion (my personal favorite) along with it also shows moon phases, temperature, pressure, humidity, time, etc.
Very handy to use. Its size is compact and with the help of the nice handle at the top makes it much easier to carry from one place to another place. There is also a low battery indicator that will tell you if you are running out of battery or not.
The BEST THING about the FOXPRO Fusion is that in case you forget the remote controller, you can use the main unit by availability of the switches on its body like ON/OFF switch, Calls change buttons and Volume Up/Down buttons which makes the main unit operational even without the remote controller.
Now, let me tell you about the remote controller of the FOXPRO Fusion device. The TX-1000 is very intuitive and it runs on 3 AA batteries. The range of the remote from the main unit is 100 yards but you can go further than 100 yards and it still works fine.

Sound Quality
The calls have been pretty great. It almost sounds natural and the calls were pretty loud too because it was coming out from 2 big speakers. FOXPRO is known for its quality without a doubt it has to be good.
Connectivity
The FOXPRO Fusion device has all the important ports like there is a port to connect an external speaker to the main unit for more sound. I didn’t feel the need of using an external speaker because it has already 2 big speakers but circumstances can be varied.
The other port is to connect a decoy to attract more attention of your hunter. It was really helpful for me for my hunting.
Remote Control
I can say, FOXPRO Fusion has one of the best, well made remote control ever made. The TX-1000 is so intuitive remote that you can start using it without looking at the remote after few days of using it. There are 4 preset buttons on the side that make this remote very easy to use.
You can also switch between the daytime screen to the standard FOXPRO orange and black screens depending upon the environment.
Animal Sound
This FOXPRO Fusion device has way more prebuild sound and no. of storage sound than any game call I have ever reviewed till now. You are getting 100 prebuild animal calls and can add upto 1000 calls, isn’t just amazing?
By they way, animal calls are too good to hear. It almost feel like a real animal sound.
Build Quality
Guys, FOXPRO Fusion is a USA-made product. We all know how good USA-made stuff is. The same thing applies to the FOXPRO Fusion device too, it’s build quality is durable, I have been using it for a while and I can say if we ignore few scratches then it almost looks like a new one.
If you buy this product then you are having a product that will be with you for the long run.
Low Battery Indicator
Just like every other FOXPRO’s product, FOXPRO Fusion also comes with a battery indicator that will notify you if you are running out of power. It is a small but very important feature.
Features
This game call has the high number of features than any of its competitor. Let me explain them one by one below:
#1. FOX Fusion: With the help of the FOX Fusion, you can couple sounds together of your choice and your volume settings.
#2. FOX Motion: This feature creates an environment where it feels like your decoy is moving and it does this by switching between back and front speaker.
#3. FOX Bang: After switching to this feature, your game call device will automatically switch sounds/calls once you fire your gun.
#4. Remote Control: On the remote screen, you can see much information like Humidity, Time, Pressure, Moon phases. I already know all these things so I didn’t care about this feature much.
Operational Without Remote
I have already discussed about this amazing feature above. You can use the device without having the remote controller with you but you have to be as near as possible to the main unit or you have to run once you set your calls. There are few buttons on the main unit that let you choose your call and increase the volume of it.
Pros & Cons Of FOXPRO Fusion Device
Pros
- It has fairly original animal calls.
- With the help of the lifting handle, you can easily port it.
- It comes with 100 prebuild animal calls.
- It is easy to operate, once you learn its functions.
- The TX-100 remote is very intuitive and easy to use.
- FOXPRO Fusion has a low battery indicator feature, decoy port, and external speaker port.
- The sound coming out of the main unit is so loud enough that you can hear it in the windy weather too.
- This device can give up to 24 hours of battery backup.
- Flooded with features like FOXPRO Motion, FOXPRO Bang and FOXPRO Fusion.
Cons
- It is quite costly.
- This device doesn’t come with a decoy.
- Might take time to understand it completely.
- There is no low battery status for the unit on the remote.
So, Should You Buy FOXPRO Fusion?
Umm..guys, if your budget is quite high then you should consider this device. This device has so many amazing features that will help you in your hunt. I’m quite passionate about hunting but I still didn’t use all the features of the FOXPRO Fusion. It will also take your time to understand its function completely.
If you want a simple game call who just do your job and comes with a low price tag then FOXPRO Fusion isn’t made for you.
Conclusion
At last, I would say, FOXPRO Fusion is a beast. I have never seen such amazing features in any of the game calls before but this makes FOXPRO Fusion quite expensive.
